Where can I find my Web Login or Password for Online Case Tracking?
In order to use Online Case Tracking to check the status of your Lenovo Data Recovery Services case, you will need the Web Login and Password for your data recovery case that was sent when we received your media. If you are not sure what your login information is, or if you cannot find your information, please check the following:
- Did you receive a notice from Lenovo that we have received your media/hardware? Your Web Login and Password will be printed on this form (in addition to your Case Number) that you should have received by e-mail or fax.
- If you have lost your receipt notice from Lenovo, or you have not yet received this form and you feel that Lenovo's labs should have already received your media/hardware, please call us toll-free at 866-852-5649.
